Ticket information

Ticket costs:

• Alumni: £110 + £2.20 transaction fee
• External guests: £110 + £2.20 transaction fee
  • Please note that guest tickets are very limited
  • Attendees are permitted to bring a maximum of one guest each

What’s included?

A 2-course menu, welcome drink, half a bottle of wine or equivalent amount in soft drinks, plus entertainment throughout the evening.

As this is primarily a student event, alumni tickets are extremely limited.

Please ensure you select the ‘Alumni – General Admission’ ticket type when registering. Do not select the ‘Alumni – Enhancement Package’ option, as this is strictly for those whose studies were negatively impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Registration guidance

Tickets will be available via IB Connect, our student community platform. We highly recommend signing up to the platform in advance to make the registration process as quick and easy as possible.

Only current students can access this platform using their Imperial College login credentials. All other users must follow the instructions below to access the event:

1. Click the link on the right.
2. Click the ‘Sign Up’ button in the First Time User box and enter the required information.
3. You should receive a 6-digit code via email. Once you receive this, enter it into the box as prompted.
4. You should now have access to the event, ready for tickets going live next week. If you encounter any issues during this process, please email ibstudentlife@imperial.ac.uk

If you have been logged out of the platform  you can follow the same process again, requesting and entering another 6-digit code to get access.

During registration, please select between a non-vegetarian and vegetarian menu – if you have any special dietary requirements, please select ‘none of the above’ and then you will be able to let us know the details.

Seating plans will be created closer to the date. We will let you know in due course how you can request being seated together with your friends.

As this is primarily a student event, guest tickets are very limited. If you are bringing a guest, you will be required to provide their name in the registration form. If your guest is buying a ticket at a later date, they will be asked to provide the name of the student they're accompanying.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

• Tickets will be available from 12.00 pm (BST) on Wednesday 3 April and will remain available until they sell out or Wednesday 15 May (whichever comes first). If tickets sell out, an automatic waitlist will be activated.
• Tickets are strictly non-transferable, however, if you are unable to attend, you can contact ibstudentlife@imperial.ac.uk to apply for a refund. The transaction fee will be deducted from the refund total.
• Refunded tickets will be automatically offered to the next person on the waitlist.
• You will be asked to submit your alumni details during the registration process.
• Registrations will be cross-checked by the Student Life team and Alumni Relations team. Any individuals who have signed up for the incorrect ticket type will have their ticket cancelled and may lose the opportunity to re-register.
• Any alumni registrations to the IB Connect platform from now until ticket sales end will be deactivated on Tuesday 4 June 2024, following the event. Any corresponding registration data will be deleted by the Student Life team.
• Your registration information will be passed to the central College Alumni team and your attendance will be recorded.
• All attendees will need to bring a valid form of photo ID with them and the name on the ID must match the name on the ticket.
• You and your guest must arrive together at the event.
