Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) have been helping academics and UK organisations work in partnership for over 40 years. Its knowledge transfer programme offers academics benefits such as:

  • Source of valuable research income
  • Identifying new research themes and contributing to the Research Excellence Framework (REF)
  • Leading a rewarding and ongoing collaboration with innovative companies requiring research-based expertise to succeed
  • Publishing high-quality journals and conference papers

Mark Lynch (Knowledge Transfer Adviser, Innovate UK) will give an overview about KTPs, explaining how the scheme works, the review process and all the benefits and support  for academics and businesses. Mark will also tell us how to apply to the programme.

Please register to this informative session by clicking on the link by 28th March. There will be time for Q&A. You can find more information in the official website.

Any question please contact Viraj Perera (Director of Industry Partnerships and Commercialisation, Natural Sciences) or Ester Buchaca-Domingo (FoNS Strategic Research Coordinator).
