London ImpaCT Network Meeting

The ImpaCT Network is a network of neuroscientists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuroengineers and neuroethicists dedicated to drive the clinical translation of neurotechnology. The 9th London ImpaCT meeting will be hosted by the Imperial Centre of Excellence in Neurotechnology.

Please join us for an evening of talks from 3 experts in the field:

  • Hayriye Cagnan
Therapies orchestrated by patient’s own rhythms
  • Rylie Green
Polymer bioelectronics – research challenges and translational pathways
  • Aimjun Jamjoom
Towards an Implantable Therapeutic Brain-Computer Interface for Treatment-Resistant Depression

Following the talks, there will be an opportunity to network with other neurotechnology enthusiasts and catch up on all the latest progress within London.

Please register in advance to attend.

About the speakers

headshot of rylie greenRylie Green leads the Bioengineering department at Imperial College London.  Her research involves developing a range of innovative materials to address the limitations that hinder the development of next-generation bioelectronic devices, including pioneering work on living bioelectronics, which are designed to grow into the body. Rylie was recently awarded a £3.7m Advanced Research + Invention Agency (ARIA) Precision Neurotechnologies grant for a project which aims to develop a new class of technology to promote neuroregeneration, neuroprotection and neuroplasticity deep in the brain where damage has occurred due to illness.
