Term dates
Opening times
We will be closed 21 December - 1 January inclusive for the university closure days. We will re-open at 10:00 on 2 January.
South Kensington (Level 3 Sherfield - West):
We are open Monday to Friday 10:00 – 16:00
With the current exceptions:
- 20 December the office will close at 14:00.
- 2-3 January 2025 we will be open 10:00-12:45 and 14:00-16:00.
- 9-10 January 2025 we will be open 10:00-12:45 and 14:00-16:00.
White City (Sir Michael Uren Hub – Nose Cone):
We are open Monday to Friday 10:00-12:30 and 13:30 -16:00
With the current exception:
- 20 December the office will close at 14:00.
The offices are closed Bank Holidays and university closures.
2024-25 term dates
- Autumn term: 28 September 2024 - 13 December 2024
- Spring term: 4 January 2025 - 21 March 2025
- Summer term: 26 April 2025 - 27 June 2025
