Doctoral Spring Welcome
South Kensington & White City Campus
The Graduate School would like to invite you to one of two Doctoral Spring Welcome events, which will be held at South Kensington and White City campuses in March 2024. These events will consist of introductory talks from Graduate School as well as members of the Imperial College Union (ICU), and will be followed by refreshments and the chance to meet other students. There will also be information from support services within the College at the event for you to take away.
You will be given an overview of the Graduate School and our available initiatives, all of which are aimed at supporting you throughout your time here at Imperial College. You will also hear directly from your Union representatives about the provision they have on offer and why it is vital for you to engage with them.
These events are open to all Doctoral students, but are primarily aimed at newer students who missed the PGR Welcome Event on the 26th of October 2023, or who started at Imperial College after that date.

- 15:55-17:00 – Refreshments and the opportunity to meet other students
