Streamlined bid preparation
Our professional service includes streamlining the bid preparation process, allowing you to focus on the core content of your research proposals. While we do not participate in writing the bid content, we facilitate project management, coordinate teamwork, and organise progress meetings to keep your project on track. Additionally, we liaise with the pre-award team to assist with costing and ensure that all financial aspects are accurately addressed.
Building strong partnerships
We understand the importance of collaboration in research. Our team supports communication with partners and funders, helping you reach out to potential project partners, including universities, organisations, and companies. We assist in arranging templates, negotiating support levels, and securing letters of support. By working closely with the Industry Partnerships and Commercialisation team, we ensure that your project benefits from strong and effective partnerships.
