Overview
Values are essential to us as individuals and our organisation, enabling us to further build a supportive and inclusive culture and a highly motivated staff community.
This session aims to equip People Managers with the information and skills practice to have great conversations about the values and behaviours and empower their teams to demonstrate and respond to the values in their environment.

By the end of this session, participants will gain the following:
- A clear understanding of how to use the values in day-to-day conversations with their teams
- Tips on how to embed the values in one-to-one meetings and enable high-quality conversations
- Practical approaches to utilising the values and behaviours framework when providing feedback
