Advancement Operations and Administration provides the systems and support needed to underpin an effective, targeted advancement programme.

There are six teams within Advancement Operations and Administration:

  1. Business Administration – operational support
  2. Data and Insight – database management and reporting
  3. Gift Accounting and Administration – processing and acknowledging donations
  4. Legal Services (Advancement) - providing legal advice around the Division's relationships and activities
  5. Supporter Engagement – donor recognition, events and communications
  6. Prospect Development - information on supporters and their relationship with the College

The team is headed by Zoë Punaks, Director of Advancement Operations and Administration.
