Project board approval
As the Project Board are responsible for the project they are required to review and approve all Stage designs.
At each design Stage, the design information is completed by the Design Team and then issued to the End Users for approval and comment. Following this, any comments to the information is updated as necessary and the project is then presented at Technical Advisers Group (TAG) meeting.
Following TAG, any further comments and changes are marked up and the final revised Stage document is issued to the Project Board for sign off and approval.
Once approved by the Project Board, the Design Team may proceed onto the next Stage of design.
If there are any changes in scope from the brief or any events which could impact on the project then a Change Control is to be raised in accordance with the change control procedures. All change requests are to be issued directly to the Project Director for their response.
