Commercial Assets Portfolio
In 2018, following a College-wide consultation, Provost’s Board approved the Commercial Assets Portfolio (CAP), a new model for booking shared College spaces during the Easter and summer vacation periods.
Prior to CAP, external commercial bookings were available throughout the academic year. Since Easter 2019, Commercial Operations have access to specific shared spaces during Easter and summer vacation periods only.
CAP will be reviewed by Provost’s Board on an annual basis to ensure that the policy evolves with the College’s strategic priorities and the supply and demand of premium shared spaces.
