There are new instructions for printing using touch cards, email and mobile print from Monday 24 February.

If you have an Imperial device, you may need to install new drivers.

Windows

To connect your Windows device to the touch card printers follow these steps:

  1. Open Software Center on your device.
  2. Select PaperCut Print Deploy and select Install.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. After PaperCut has been installed, you will be prompted to sign in with your Imperial username and password.

Mac

To connect your Mac device to the touch card printers follow these steps:

  1. Open Self Service.
  2. Install Papercut - install managed printers.
  3. After it has been installed, you will be prompted to sign in with your Imperial username and password and click Login.

Linux

Please follow the instructions for email or web print.
