Our Performance Teams are those that are competing at the highest levels within the BUCS framework. This may be as part of our weekly league competition or one-off events spread throughout the year. These teams have shown dedication to maintaining elevated levels of performance while representing Imperial College London and Imperial Athletes.
We offer student athletes competing in these teams additional support, including strength and conditioning programming and team sessions with our S&C coaches. Where feasible we also look to offer team nutrition sessions, group psychology and physiotherapy as part of injury prevention and recovery.
