I have joined Dr. Ouldridge’s group as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in February, 2024. I am primarily working as an experimentalist towards DNA templated catalysis using strand displacement reactions.
I received my PhD in Chemistry from the University of Burdwan, India where I worked in the group of Dr. Rajarshi Ghosh studying the biomimicking enzyme catalysis of transition metal complexes.
After PhD, I was awarded National Postdoctoral Fellowship (SERB-NPDF) by the Government of India. There I joined the research group of Prof. C. Malla Reddy at Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER), Kolkata to probe mechanical properties of flexible single crystals.
Along with science, I love reading history and biographical articles. I enjoy creating art and solving logic puzzles.
