Information events

Imperial Horizons enrolment periods are in May/June (for undergraduates already at Imperial College London) and in October for incoming 1st year undergraduates joining Imperial. We aim to run information events during these times to help students in choosing their Imperial Horizons options.

We also hold information sessions at Open Days and recruitment events for prospective students. We will list details of our upcoming information sessions below.

Incoming Year 1 students

Imperial Horizons enrolment (for students in their 1st year of study in 2024-25) is open from Wednesday 4 September until Tuesday 8 October 2024 (11:59pm). Please see the Enrolment page for more information.

If you would like to know more about the Imperial Horizons programme, please come along to the following event during Welcome Week:

Imperial Horizons Information Session - Year 1 students

• When: Thursday 3 October 2024, 12:00-2:00pm
• Where: Pippard Lecture Theatre, Level 5 Sherfield Building, South Kensington Campus

If you have questions and want to speak one-to-one with a field leader or language coordinator, our Information Session is the opportunity for you. Held in the Pippard Lecture Theatre (Level 5 Sherfield Building, South Kensington Campus), on the day there will be an Imperial Horizons talk at 12:15pm, which will be repeated at 1:15pm. So, please do drop in at one of those two sessions!
