The mission of the Strategic Programmes and Change team (formerly Change and Operational Improvement) is to facilitate change and champion a culture of continuous improvement at Imperial College London.
To do this, our team works collaboratively to support the transition and transformation of goals, processes and technologies across Imperial. We strive to improve the efficiency of our operations to help the university achieve enduring excellence in research and education for the benefit of society. The Operations and Infrastructure Committee oversees the delivery of strategies, programmes, projects and significant initiatives, which in turn provide a world-leading digital and physical infrastructure and operational services to colleagues, students and other stakeholders. We support the Operations and Infrastructure Committee to deliver against their terms of reference.

We provide resources that support change initiatives across Imperial, ensuring a coordinated approach to the delivery of these initiatives. Our team possess a range of skills in project management, change management, process analysis and optimisation and data analysis.
Champion a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Our team works in a number of ways to champion a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across Imperial. We provide a range of support and guidance for staff involved in business improvement activities.
