Our Master’s degrees

Harnessing the varied expertise across our centres, we help deliver a number of master’s programmes at Imperial in healthcare and design, health policy and medical robotics and image-guided intervention.

Each of our degrees is hosted by one of our centres and features expert teaching from IGHI researchers. As our courses are suited to healthcare professionals, many of our degrees are part-time or offer flexible teaching.

Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Health Leadership

The Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Health Leadership is the flagship programme of the NHS Digital Academy. Through this programme, we empower digital changemakers to drive technology transformation in their organisations and the health and care system.

Commissioned by Health Education England in partnership with NHS England, the programme is delivered by a partnership of Imperial College London’s Institute of Global Health Innovation, HDR UK and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

Climate Change and Mental Health

Climate change and mental health are two of the biggest challenges facing governments globally, and they’re inextricably linked. Working with Apolitical, the Institute of Global Health Innovation and the Grantham Institute have developed an online programme for people working in government to learn more about the connections between climate change, climate action and mental health.

Introduction to AI for Clinical Researchers

The Institute of Global Health Innovation has partnered with NIHR Clinical Research Network and the UKRI Centre for Doctoral Training in AI for Healthcare to create an e-learning course to raise awareness and fundamental knowledge of artificial intelligence among researchers and research delivery professionals. The training, developed for those involved in various stages of clinical research, hopes to target groups such as NIHR-affiliated research nurses and practitioners, research managers and support staff, full-time researchers and clinicians.
