My Imperial is the home for applications that support you with your work or study at Imperial, accessed using your Imperial login.
Student access
My Imperial provides you with access to your personal information, including your student record. You will be emailed at the appropriate time during your admissions application to activate your student IT account. This will enable you to login and register and enrol on your programme of study.
Once you have registered the applications that are relevant to you will become available at the appropriate time in your academic calendar.

My Imperial registration and services
This video will walk you through the process of completing Imperial's registration and annual programme enrolment using the My Imperial portal. You are required to complete this before your programme start date.
Staff access
My Imperial provides you with access to your personal information, such as Payslips and Lone Working requests, as well as to applications and systems that you are authorised to access. These include Banner for Admissions or Student Record Management, Curriculum Module Catalogue, Module Registrations Management, Postgraduate Research Milestones Management, Imperial College Analytics (ICA) for Reporting and Statistics and Timetabling Dashboard.
