A guided walking meditation in the Secret Garden. Practice awareness of movement and sensations in our body while we walk.

Access to the Garden is through 15 Prince’s Gardens, all students and staff at Imperial College can use their swipe card on the main door, then walk to the back of the building. There will be signs. Accessible access through the corridor next to Weeks Building, 16 Prince’s Gardens.
