The Gift Accounting and Administration team processes more than 15,000 donations every year, ensuring funds are banked, recorded and acknowledged in a timely manner to ensure a positive donor experience. The team also monitors pledge instalments that are due and reconciles gift records against the College’s accounts. Their remit covers: managing giving mechanisms online and on paper; developing tax efficient giving methods for overseas donors; advising on HMRC guidelines on Gift Aid and charitable reporting.
