The Service Desk provides IT support between 08.30-18.00, Monday to Friday (except for university closure days).
For critical problems that are disrupting services and systems, the out of hours helpdesk can be contacted by calling our usual telephone number (+44 20 7594 9000 or 49000 from an Imperial telephone) and following the instructions given in the message. You will be transferred to an out-of-hours team. They operate from 18:00 until midnight.
If you require assistance outside of our opening hours, you can still get help or report a problem in these ways:
- Log your issue or question ASK ICT and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
- Read the information and guidance on the self service webpages.
Please be aware that the out of hours services is provided by an external organisation. They are governed by contract and Service Level agreement.
In order to provide all users with the service, the organisation has the name, email address, phone number and University ID held on secure servers.
