What is Demo Day?
If you’re an investor or supporter of climate innovation, Undaunted‘s The Greenhouse Demo Day is a great opportunity to hear pitches from, and network with, ambitious climate-positive startups from Cohort 4 of The Greenhouse accelerator.
As well as hearing from expert speakers on the latest trends in climate innovation and investment, Demo Day attendees have the chance to engage with technology startups leading the drive to address climate change and talk to like-minded individuals over drinks and nibbles. 12.45 – Doors open
Delegates arrive – the Undaunted team will be ready to welcome you at the Ri’s Grand Entrance.
13.15 – Keynotes begin
Delegates head into the Ri’s historic Lecture Theatre where expert keynote speakers will introduce Demo Day, exploring the latest trends in climate innovation and investment.
13.45 – Circular economy and low-carbon materials
Our first set of pitches follow the theme of the circular economy and low-carbon materials. Find out more about the climate innovators in this category:
- Team Repair – Encouraging the next generation to repair not replace, tackling the electronic waste crisis and teaching kids skills.
- Cool – Tech that up-cycles carbon dioxide into an advanced material, permanently storing emissions in a profitable and scalable application.
- Cresco – Creating low carbon architectural materials with biomanufacturing and industrial waste. The future is grown.
- Shady.Club – SHADY.CLUB is breaking the barriers to conscious shopping with SHADE: an easy-to-use browser extension for finding sustainable fashion anywhere on the web.
- DyeRecycle – We give dyes and colours a second chance using green chemistry.

Lucy Shea (CEO, Futerra) will give a keynote talk on the theme of Positive Visions for the Future.

- Alo Mundus – Alo Mundus offers a platform and network solutions for investing in urban forestry with the ability to create tangible social and biodiversity impacts beyond carbon offsets.
- Acer Resources – Building warehouse-style vertical farms for mainstream customers.
- WaveX – WaveX harness wave energy to generate electricity and restore beaches.
- Wonki Collective – The first B2B matchmaking technology for food manufacturers to efficiently track and sell surplus ingredients.

- Gridicity – A B2B software service that makes charging and discharging schedules for electric vehicle fleets to earn them money while reducing emissions.
- designwise – designwise is an AI-Copilot for sustainable product design.
- Tak-Tuk – Tak Tuk help retailers decrease packaging use for their e-commerce operations with innovative design reducing overall material needs and enabling reuse.
- Nodum – ChargeBridge by Nodum – Bridging the charge gap. We provide EV charging solutions for terraced home residents.
- Blue Nose – BlueNose improves the aerodynamics of the merchant navy ships to reduce their fuel consumption by up to 5%.
17.00 – Closing address and awards
Director of Undaunted, Alyssa Gilbert, will present our closing address before announcing which of today’s startups have won prizes for their pitch.
17.15 – Innovation showcase and drinks reception
