About

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Complex Multiscale Systems Group in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London. Prior to this I completed a PhD in Engineering Mathematics at the University of Bristol, with my focus being in the field of statistical physics, more specifically on developing analytic methods for studying normal and anomalous diffusive processes in spatially heterogeneous and bounded domains.

Research

My general research interests lie in the broad area of statistical physics, with a specific emphasis on out of equilibrium processes. In this context I am interested in exploiting and developing analytical tools and frameworks from statistical mechanics and stochastic processes to study various systems, with a particular focus on complex multiscale fluid systems. The overarching aim of my research is to bridge gaps between micro and macro descriptions for out of equilibrium systems with a hope to lead to a more fundamental understanding of multiscale fluid systems.
