HIV Quant aims to revolutionise HIV-1 research and treatment monitoring by developing and disseminating a highly adaptable, accessible, affordable, easy-to-use range of quantification kits. These kits are designed to make a significant impact in resource-constrained settings with limitations in cost and infrastructure. They can be adapted to work on any suitable instrument available and on various sample types, including crude cellular or whole-blood extract where RNA or DNA has not been purified out of the samples.
