Ms. Yiqun Zhao received her B.S. degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Shanghai University, Shanghai, China, in 2021. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Statistics at the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Since December 2025, she has been a visiting student with the Intelligent Transmission and Processing (ITP) Laboratory, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London, London, U.K.
Her research interests primarily focus on the mathematical theory of semantic communication.

Ruiqi Zhu received her B.Eng. degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Jiangsu Normal University, China, in 2022. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at the School of Automation Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China.
Since January 2026, she has been a visiting student with the Intelligent Transmission and Processing (ITP) Laboratory, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London, London, U.K.
Her research interests include integrated circuit testing, automatic test system architectures, and machine-learning-based test optimization.
