Family Science Workshops 

Join us for free science workshops and activities at The Invention Rooms! Come and enjoy fun hands-on workshops exploring a wide range of science topics every half term and during the school summer holidays for families with children aged 7-11.

Or take part in a Discovery Day where you can ask questions to real researchers as we delve into the latest science discoveries through creative workshops, interactive demonstrations and engaging activities.  Recent workshops have covered everything from playing quantum pong, making your own solar array, and seeing if you can build a t-rex taller than you!

All sessions are completely free for families with children aged 7-11, local to the White City area.  

We also run Saturday Science Club, a free series of workshops about the science of the future. Sessions will run until the end of March 2025, with the next programme beginning in Autumn 2025
