Attending events and appointments

When you book an appointment or event with the Careers Service, you'll get a confirmation email with all the details and a reminder the day before. Don't forget to add it to your calendar!
If you can't make it, please cancel your booking.

Spring 2025

We are open 10.00 - 17.00, Monday to Friday, on campus and online (during term-time and vacations, except when College is closed), if you have any questions, please contact us. 

Easter vacation hours

From the end of spring term (Friday 21 March) until the start of the summer term (Monday 28 April) our opening times will change as follows:

Mondays & Fridays - online service only

Tuesdays, Wednesday & Thursdays - online and on campus service

Please be aware that we will also be observing Imperial's Easter closure days from Thursday 17 - Tuesday 21 April.

 

We provide a full service, with a variety of one to one appointments plus our regular series of seminars, workshops, and other events on campus and via MS Teams (Office 365). Search and book on JobsLive.

Location

The Imperial Careers team is based at the South Kensington Campus, level 5 Sherfield Building

Access to the Careers Service

You will have full access to the Careers Service from the first day of your degree programme when you officially enrol. You will then be able to access JobsLive, book onto events, one to one appointments and search for job vacancies. You cannot access any of our services or events before this time.
