The Graduate Outcomes survey (GOS) is a national survey capturing information about the activities and perspectives of graduates 15 months after they finish their studies. All graduates who completed a course will be asked to take part in the survey in order to help current and future students gain an insight into career destinations and development. Your responses will also help Imperial to evaluate and promote their courses.

The survey is also of national significance as it allows policy makers, charities, journalists, researchers and others to understand the higher education sector and the state of the graduate labour market.

What is it for?

The survey is crucial to understanding the prospects of each year's graduate cohort. The data produced by the survey goes on to be used for:

  • Informing Higher Education policy, improving Imperial's experience for students and ensuring your voice is heard
  • Assisting Imperial's Careers Service in providing advice and support after you graduate
  • Providing insight into career prospects for current and future students
  • Displaying trends in the current graduate job market.

To support the survey, we are required to hold accurate contact details for you, including a personal email address, at least one telephone number, and a postal address (this can be a parental/guardian address).

We would be very grateful if you could now review and update the details we currently hold about you by following the Update your contact details link in the blue box at the top of this page.
