Course Overview
This course is intended for those who have reached A/S Level or equivalent: A2/B1 standard (CEFR) and acquired a good knowledge of basic French grammar. You will further develop your communication skills in French in the four main competencies - listening, speaking, reading and writing - and develop increasingly sophisticated communication skills in French.
Required Previous Experience (if any)
You should have completed French 3 on the after:hours programme or have equivalent experience.
Required Reading Material or Special Equipment Needed (if any)
None required.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course you will be better prepared to:
- discuss in class, using appropriate French grammar and vocabulary, topical issues
- use an extensive range of grammatical skills in speaking and writing
- engage in role play scenarios using French at a high level.
