Important notice:
If you need to book a meeting room, please use Microsoft Outlook. Meeting room booking functionality is no longer available in Planon.
When creating a meeting invitation in Outlook or Teams Calendar, simply click the Room Finder button in the location field to see a list of available rooms. If you already know the name of the room you want to book, you can start typing it directly in the location field.
Who can book which rooms?
Centrally-managed rooms are open for all staff to book.
Departmentally-managed rooms have varied settings and may be restricted depending on which faculty and department you work in.
Microsoft Outlook will decline your room booking if you book a room you are not permitted to.
- View booking permissions by department
- View list of meeting rooms by building
- Contact ICT Service Desk to add a shared account to the system.
Adding rooms to the system
- To add your meeting rooms to the system, contact ICT Service Desk.
