The Project Manager should ensure that Imperial College stakeholders have visited the completed project and that their comments, if any, are recorded and addressed.

The record of handover document is the stakeholders sign off of the project. The document should be signed by all on the handover day and any outstanding snag and completion date should be noted. Some of the stakeholders may prefer to sign the record of handover only when the snags are completed. It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to ensure that a signed completed form is in place for each project and that all stakeholders are happy with the quality of the project.
