Stage 1 - (Initial) notification
F10 - (Initial) notification to the HSE
When the Principal Designer is appointed at Stage 1, the client will notify the HSE. This will be undertaken by the Estates Development and Projects Head of Health and Safety (HoH&S) with the assistance of the Project Manager (PM).
The PM will complete the F10 notification template and forward to the HoH&S, so that the information can be used to complete the HSE’s on-line notification process.
