Portable Totems

We have a stock of four totems available around South Kensington. Stored in default high-footfall areas, with options to re-locate as required for your event.

 

58 Princes Gate

We have a totem permanently installed at the entrance foyer in 58 princes gate, welcoming any event guest arriving.

170 Queens Gate

Located in the elegant entrance foyer, we have a totem permanently installed here for your event in 170 Queens Gate.

Totem Content Options

Full Event Control

Have full exclusive control of the screen, choice of media in Portrait only:

  • Upload a Video
  • Upload a Graphic or Holding Slide (Portrait)

Example uses:

Display the Timetable, Menu or Seating plan, promote your event branding or customise to display any event information.

 

Event Signage

Display your event details on the screen through a holding slide. Customise with a choice of three templated options.

  • Upload a Graphic or Holding Slide (Landscape)
  • Use templated option designs for signage or timetables.

These templates are location specific, currently limited to Great Hall, Queens Tower Rooms, City & Guilds Building LT200 & Sir Alexander Fleming Building G16/G34.  Example template options:

Event Advertisement

Display your event on our screens when not in use for pre-booked events. Our totems are stored in default high foot-fall areas on campus, perfect to get your event plenty of attention.

Totem Availability

We have a selection of Totems spread around our South Kensington Campus.

Four portable totems are placed in default locations:

  • College Main Entrance (College Café)
  • Sherfield Building (Concourse Level 2, Outside Great Hall)
  • Sir Alexander Fleming Building (Concourse Level 1, Outside Loud Bird)
  • City & Guilds Building (Concourse Level 2, Near glass entrance doors)

When booking, please clearly stipulate your desired location for the totem from the totem location guide.
