Introduction
The College’s Employer’s Liability insurance is provided by HDI Global SE - UK.
Employer’s liability insurance is a statutory cover required by virtue of the Employers' Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1998. The policy indemnifies the College against legal liability for bodily injury or death caused to College employees and arising out of and in the course of their employment with the College.

- Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007
- Damage to Reputation
What is not covered?
- Offshore exposures (e.g. oil platforms).
- Motor vehicle passengers (refer Motor vehicle insurance)
