Our first Friday Fridge Forage was a success! Imperial's Development and Mobilisation Chef John Cavalli teamed up with student Hana, transforming her leftover fridge finds into mouthwatering creations.

Using ingredients straight from Hana's fridge, he whipped up tasty and easy flatbreads, crispy egg taco and delicious Halal chicken skewers. A big thank you to Hana for getting involved, and to Chef John for showing us how simple and satisfying zero-waste cooking can be!
