South Kensington Campus - Guest Accommodation - Imperial staff can save up to 20% on reservations at Prince’s Gardens, which opens as guest accommodation from July to September each year. Rated as 4* campus accommodation by Visit England, Prince’s Gardens offers staff rates for single (£97.00), twin (£125.00) or double (£111.00, sole occupancy) en suite bedrooms. Daisy Green is a collection of Antipodean inspired Bars, Restaurants and Cafes spread across 19 sites, covering Central & West London. It is family owned and focuses on delivering Aussie hospitality – great food and the best service! The newest addition, opened this September on Exhibition Road, offering brunch and coffee throughout the day and transitioning into a trendy bistro in the evening!
Imperial staff can benefit from a 20% discount across their entire collection when dining in (applicable for you and a friend on showing your Imperial ID card). This is in addition to £2.50 takeaway coffee’s all day (just for the Imperial card holder, redeemable one at a time). This is valid Monday – Friday, for you and a guest. The discount is not valid between 25th November – 15th December, on ticketed events, private hires or in conjunction with any other offer eg. Happy Hour.

Roll Baby, located in South Kensington station, sells fresh, fast Summer Rolls, as well as coffee and cake, on the go. Imperial employees will receive 20% off (applies to the whole menu) by downloading the app and pre-ordering, and using the imperial20 discount code.
Launceston Place, located just 10 minutes from the South Kensington campus, offers Imperial staff 10% discount on their a la carte menu. The restaurant boasts wide acclaim for its intricately-crafted Modern European cuisine. One of London's most exciting chefs, Head Chef Ben Murphy, brings a visionary approach to the menu. Launceston Place has its own unique version of a chef’s table which seats up to 12 people – the ‘Chef’s Office’. This has been voted one of London’s best dining rooms, giving guests a unique insight into one of London’s most talked about kitchens.
Ognisko Restaurant , located at 55 Exhibition Road, just opposite the college. Exhibition Road Cultural Group members (including Imperial Staff) can now enjoy an exclusive 15% off a la carte and drinks (some items are not included in the discount, this should be checked on arrival). El Norte, located on Dover Street in the heart of Mayfair, serves up the most luxurious tapas. The restaurant celebrates the unique culinary heritage of Spain through its bold flavours and hand-picked wine list. Intent on creating an evolved Spanish dining experience, El Norte takes its cue from Spain’s rich culinary heritage but updated for the modern day. Riviera, located on St James’s Street in Mayfair, is a new, high-end restaurant inspired by the South of France. Taking over the iconic old Sake no Hana site, the restaurant’s menu is based on sharing style dishes. Guests can expect the likes of Snails with Garlic Butter & Parsley Persillade, a decadent Caviar, Cream Cheese & Smoked Salmon Sandwich, and Hamachi Carpaccio before moving onto top quality cuts of meat and freshly caught fish. The bar is undoubtedly one of the standout features of the restaurant, full of a carefully curated cocktail list and an extensive wine selection.

Prezzo, located just off of South Kensington High Street, offer award winning Italian food. They are offering Imperial staff 25% off of their whole menu. To use this discount inform them that you work at Imperial, and show your college ID.
The Rembrandt, in Knightsbridge, offer 10% off food and beverage items to staff on presentation of their ID lanyard. The 10% discount is not available for functions or meetings and is purely for social gatherings.
If you have an Aquilla paying membership subscription, you receive 20% off food and drink for a maximum of 4 people per membership card.
Health and Beauty
Toni & Guy, on Gloucester Road offers Imperial staff 15% off of all services. To use this discount, show your college staff ID.
STONE Fitness, at 10 Kendrick Mews are offering Imperial staff 1 :1 personal training sessions at their private and bespoke studio - the first session is complimentary, followed by 25% off your first pack and 10% off any pack after that.
- Red Spring Reformer Pilates Studio, (located at STONE Fitness studio) offers various Pilates reformer classes for all abilities and experience. The first class is free, followed by 25% off your first pack and 10% off any pack after that.
- The Chelsea Clinic, chiropodists and podiatrists (located at STONE Fitness studio) are offering Imperial staff 25% off of any chiropody appointments including bespoke nail and skin care treatments. All staff will be required to show their Imperial ID card when they arrive at the clinic to obtain the discount.

Local Museums
The Natural History Museum offer Imperial staff concession priced tickets for temporary exhibition tickets - you will need your staff pass with you on the day of the exhibition in order to obtain the discount.
The Royal Albert Hall offers Imperial staff (as Members of Exhibition Road Cultural Group) a 50% discount on Tours of the Royal Albert Hall. This offer is for members only. If you are interested in taking a tour at the Hall, please let the box office know when booking, and take your staff pass, business card or other form of work ID to the box office when you collect your tickets. The Tour Ticket also includes a 10% discount at the Cafe, Bar and at the shop.
The V&A offers Imperial staff a 50% discount for exhibition tickets, with the discount code 'IMCOLLSTAFF50'. Ensure that you bring.
The Science Museum offers Imperial staff a 10% discount at their shop - you can make use of this by showing your staff ID at the till. You can also access a 10% discount at the Benugo cafes at the museum.

South Kensington books, located on Thurloe Street, offers Imperial staff 10% discount. To use this discount, show your Imperial ID.
Food and Drink
The Athenian, located at Loverose Way offers Imperial staff 10% off their menu. Show your Imperial pass to use the discount.
Dear Grace, located at Loverose Way are offering Imperial staff 20% when dining. They will also offer staff an extended Happy Hour once a month for team gatherings. Show your Imperial pass to use the discount. They can also do catering for onsite meetings & events; from sandwich platters to canapes & bubbles.
Prairie Fire BBQ Kitchen, in the Wood Lane London Arches, are offering Imperial staff 10% discount. Show your pass to use this discount.
The Bluebird Cafe, located near the television centre, are offering Imperial staff 15% off of their whole bill. This is for a maximum party of eight, and the bill must be paid using just one payment method. It is helpful to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Ensure you bring your staff pass to use the discount.

Kricket, located near the television centre, are offering Imperial staff 20% discount. Make sure to bring your staff discount in order to use the discount. Check directly with Kricket about their ability to cater for your group size.

Red's classic hair salon, located on Wood Lane (opposite the Imperial campus) offer Imperial staff 10% discount. In order to use the discount show your Imperial pass. (Booking via their Instagram account is preferred).
Shopping
URWconnect: app for Westfield London discount - College staff have been given access to URWconnect (subject to individual sign-up), the app used by Westfield to give discounts and offers on individual shops located within the Westfield London shopping centre in White City.
All staff are able to use the app, but it may be particularly useful to those who work at one of the College's West London campuses.
Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Sign up with your College email address, select Westfield London, then search and select ‘Imperial’ when asked to select your store.
Click 'staff discounts' on the screen once you have signed up and agreed to the terms and conditions. The VIP discounts section holds the majority of the discounts that are on offer.
