In the Casual Work Management application, each step in the process is performed by a different system role. Staff in departments can be assigned more than one system role if required. Access to the application is given by the Casual Worker Team.

Department Administrator

  • Enters casual work assignments, called Requirement Schedules (RS)

Casual Worker or staff on behalf of worker

  • Enters timesheets after work completed

Hiring Manager

  • First approval of timesheets submitted by their workers, confirming hours worked and optionally adding finance codes.

Payroll Approver

  • Second approval of timesheets submitted by workers, adds or confirms finance codes, makes the timesheets ready for payroll.
