The Finance Transformation Programme was responsible for leading a programme of change which included the development and implementation of process, system and organisational changes. The aim of this programme was to improve the Finance team's efficiency, effectiveness and service levels while remaining compliant with our statutory and regulatory requirements.

We sought to:

• apply cross-industry leading practices across all core finance areas
• standardise and simplify Finance processes to deliver a resilient and high-performance organisation
• provide the advice and services the College requires in a timely and effective manner.

Our vision was for our Finance services to become centres of excellence industry-wide.

The Programme focused on four key areas of service:

• Income
• Financial Management
• Purchase to pay
• Logistics
