Risk and Compliance Committee

Committee remit and terms of reference

The Committee supports the University Management Board (UMB) in overseeing the development of Imperial’s Risk Framework, Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans, and ensuring the effectiveness of its Regulatory and Corporate Compliance functions.  It will, on behalf of UMB, review the University’s Risk Registers regularly and lead Imperial’s Risk Horizon Scanning Programme.  The Committee will supervise the University’s Regulatory Compliance obligations and adherence to its agreed approach to managing third party relationships.
