Overview

People and Organisational Development are working with the PAAN group to provide a structured development programme, which is designed to provide members of the network with opportunities to learn new skills, share existing knowledge with colleagues, and even (as an optional element if you are interested), achieve an apprenticeship qualification.
A key programme element is Action Learning Sets. These are a series of informal discussion groups which PAAN members are encouraged to attend. There is no set structure in an action learning set- simply an opportunity to join other PAAN members in a confidential environment to discuss issues of interest to PAAN members and share good practice. PAAN members will be encouraged to take action after the action learning set, implement the ideas, and report on progress at the next session. Attendance at the action learning sets counts towards certification for the whole PAAN Development Programme.
