Overview
Have you ever walked into a meeting and questioned your right to be there?
Have you ever taken on a new job and felt you weren't the right person for it? For many people, this is a common life experience that can be debilitating if left unchecked.
By the end of the session, participants will:
- Understand the concept of 'imposter syndrome', its prevalence among researchers, academics, and other professionals, and its implications for them and their work environment.
- Consider different ways to overcome it and thrive by being at their best.

- Open to anyone who wants to consider how feeling like an imposter may impact their work, become more self-aware of how real it is for them, and explore various ways of dealing with it.
