Department of Aeronautics MSc Scholarship

We are pleased to offer two full scholarships to academically excellent students with a keen interest in pursuing an MSc within the field of Aeronautical Engineering. Find out more about our MSc degrees:

Value: The scholarship will cover full tuition fees (home or overseas).

Eligibility: All successful applicants who have submitted their complete MSc application by the scholarship deadline will be considered. 

How do I apply: There is no separate scholarship application process - All eligible applicants are assessed on their academic merit demonstrated throughout the admissions process. To ensure fair and equal assessment of all eligible applicants, we will not consider any supplementary information for the scholarship process. 

Deadline: You must have submitted your complete MSc application including references by 1 March 2025. Applicants will be notified about the scholarship outcome by the first week of April 2025.

The Imperial College PhD Scholarships

The Imperial College PhD Scholarship Scheme is an exciting opportunity that will support 50 outstanding students from anywhere in the world to study for a PhD in any of the College’s Faculties and Business School.

The scholarships will cover tuition fees and provide a stipend of £20,000 per annum. We are able to offer these scholarships thanks to support from EPSRC and, crucially, the generosity of our alumni. Institution of Mechanical Engineers

The Institution of Mechanical Engineers provides scholarships to students across most engineering disciplines. Our undergraduate degree and MSc in Composite programmes have been accredited by The Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

Royal Academy of Engineering

The Royal Academy of Engineering provides a MSc Motorsport Scholarship Programme of which students applying to our MSc in Advanced Computational Methods for Aeronautics are eligible for consideration.

The scholarship, created with the support of the Ignite Partnership, is available for individuals from Black or mixed Black ethnic backgrounds, who are in their final year of an engineering degree, or who have graduated within the past 3 years.

The scholarships will fund students, with an award value up to £25,000, as well as providing awardees with career and networking support.

Imperial College Future Leaders Scholarship

The College has a dedicated scholarship programme for Indian Masters students.

The 'Future Leaders Scholarship' programme are open to students in MSc programmes across Imperial's Faculties of Engineering, Natural Sciences, Medicine and the Business School.
