Catering and venues

If you're looking to feed a crowd, the simplest option might be to reserve a space at a restaurant, hotel, pub or bar.  

If you envision your reunion taking place on campus, here are some options to consider: 

• FiveSixEight (568), South Kensington Campus - no booking required
• Union Bar, South Kensington Campus - icu.events@imperial.ac.uk. 
• Metric, South Kensington Campus - icu.events@imperial.ac.uk. 
• Reynolds Bar, Charing Cross Campus - icu.events@imperial.ac.uk .
• Celebrate in style at The Garden Room Restaurant at 58 Princes Gate, South Kensington Campus - 58pg@imperial.ac.uk.
• Privately hire the Alumni Visitor Centre on the South Kensington Campus, free of charge. Perfect for gatherings of up to 25 people - alumnicentre@imperial.ac.uk. 
• Imperial Venues, open to the public, offer a range of spaces suitable for larger receptions and banqueting. Alumni reunion organisers may receive a special discount on the public rate. Contact the Imperial Venues team directly to discuss your event and for a quote by emailing venues@imperial.ac.uk. Please quote your CID/alumni membership number when you get in touch. 

Summer accommodation at Imperial 

Travelling back to London for your reunion and need somewhere to stay?

Over the summer, alumni are entitled to a discounted rate on student halls around the South Kensington Campus. Please check the summer accommodation at Imperial webpages to hear when bookings open.
