Dr Ana Vieira is a post-doctoral Research Associate Bioinformatician at Imperial College London. Her experience lies in the next-generation sequencing data analysis (genomics, transcriptomics, metagenomics and proteomics) of different organisms including bacteria. She also has wet-lab experience in several molecular biology techniques including library preparation. Her role in the AMRWATCH project is to coordinate the next-generation sequencing, library preparation and bioinformatic analysis of genetic material sent from India, in order to detect genetic markers of antimicrobial resistance.

Dr. Prathiviraj is a Research Assistant at Pondicherry University. He has expertise in Evolutionary Structural Biology, Systems Biology, and Programming languages. As part of the AMRWATCH project, he will contribute to Work Package Three, investigating the penetration of AMR bacteria and mobile genetic elements.
