Enterprise Board
The Enterprise Board of the Rector of Imperial College London was established to advise the Rector on the strategy to be adopted by individual enterprises such that they are aligned with overall College strategy, to endorse long term plans with appropriate milestones and financial outcomes, to receive and comment on annual budgets, and to examine potential new enterprises and the business plans and major capital investments programmes of existing enterprises.
