Accepting your place

In order to make a payment, you will be required to create an Imperial E-Store account in the cardholder’s name. 

When you make your payment you will be asked to provide the student’s name, applicant ID and academic subject so that we can identify your payment easily. Please ensure you have these details to hand. 

You must pay the full programme fee within 14 days of receiving the unconditional offer to secure your place. Please note, the payment deadline will reduce to seven days later in the application process.

If you are unable to make the payment by your payment deadline, an extension may be granted in exceptional circumstances. Please contact the team to discuss. 

Please note: It can take up to three working days for payments to be received by the Global Summer School team. If your payment has gone through successfully, you will receive an automatic email immediately from the E-Store. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder and security settings in case the email has been blocked. 

Once payments have been verified and all relevant forms completed on Docusign, you will receive an official confirmation of your place on the programme.
