Professor Markus Perkmann
Vice Dean (Research & Faculty)
Markus Perkmann is a Professor of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Imperial College Business School and the Academic Director of the Imperial Enterprise Lab. He curates the Entrepreneurial Journey, the School's experiential start-up programme across all MBA programmes. In 2023, he became the Vice Dean for Research & Faculty.
Leila Guerra
Vice Dean (Education)
Leila joined the School in 2018 and directs the postgraduate programme portfolio, including programmes marketing, recruitment and admissions, programmes management, global student initiatives, Careers and the Edtech Lab. She is on the GMAC Board of Directors and, before joining Imperial, worked at Singapore Management University, IE Business School and London Business School.
Dr Omar Merlo
Associate Dean of External Relations (interim)
Dr Merlo was appointed interim Associate Dean of External Relations in 2021. His expertise in strategic marketing helps to create an integrated approach to the School's communications efforts across a number of internal teams, including institutional marketing and communications, alumni relations, advancement and corporate partnerships. A full-time postholder will be appointed in 2022.
Professor Cloda Jenkins
Associate Dean of Education Quality
Cloda is a Professorial Teaching Fellow in the Department of Economics and Public Policy in the Imperial Business School. In 2023, she was appointed to the role of the Associate Dean and she is responsible for leading and protecting the Business School’s Education Quality and Quality Assurance.
Professor Sankalp Chaturvedi
Associate Dean for EDI
Sankalp is a Professor (Organisational Behavior & Leadership) at the Imperial College Business School. He is also the Associate Dean of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and co-director of the Gandhi Centre for Inclusive Innovation within the School. He is responsible for leading in the development, promotion, and delivery of an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy.
Professor Ramana Nanda
Associate Dean for Enterprise
Ramana is a Professor of Entrepreneurial Finance and Academic Lead at the Institute for Deep Tech Entrepreneurship at Imperial, a Research Fellow in the Financial Economics Programme of the CEPR and a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Business School. He is also the Associate Dean (Enterprise) and is responsible for promoting the generation of impact from the research undertaken at the Business School and the broader Imperial College.
