Intentionality CIC is a social enterprise and well-being consultancy. We provide consultancy, support and advisory services to social enterprises in order to enhance their service provision, increase their sustainability and measure their social impact. Well-being is about happiness, quality of life, life satisfaction and much more. In this area, we conduct research, give talks and help to shape strategy, policy and practice.

Intentionality’s main interest and expertise lies at the meeting point of the two – where social enterprises set out to intentionally improve the well-being of individuals, communities and society. We like to work with audacious people, projects and enterprises – those that are working with and for the most disadvantaged, the most deprived or the most distressed. Over the last year we’ve worked with Transitions Plus UK, various YMCAs, Connexions, Chapel St, UnLtd, O2 Learn, Livability and many others to help them understand, measure, maximise and report their social impact.

Intentionality is a Community Interest Company (CIC), a form of limited company for those who want to conduct business for social and community benefit.
