Formerly Director and Head of Idea Development at innovation and growth consultancy Fahrenheit 212, and Strategy Director at creative agency Imagination, Tom completed his MBA at Imperial College Business School in 2015 with a final thesis that focused on the role and value of innovation labs within the creative industry.
