The Centre for Responsible Leadership is hosting an executive roundtable event to unveil and explore new findings from our recent field-based research project, conducted in collaboration with a leading investment bank. This research explores the critical connection between leader behaviours and fostering cultures of challenge within organisations.

Attendees will gain access to new data on leader effectiveness, learn actionable strategies to foster speak up cultures within their own organisations and network with like-minded professionals from different sectors.
