Dr Kumar will share how Digital Technologies are enabling Sustainability roadmaps. Sustainability is an increasing area of interest in the strategic agendas of many organisations around the world: Digital technologies impact and support sustainability roadmaps enabling innovation and fostering collaboration across value chains.
Digital technologies are already used to measure and track sustainability progress, optimise the use of resources, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, implement a circular economy and design new solutions applying Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twins, Blockchain, and IoT, among other digital technologies.
Dr Milan Kumar is based in Switzerland and is currently ZF Commercial Vehicles (CVS) Chief Information Officer at ZF Group. He has held several Senior Global IT leadership positions within the VOLKSWAGEN Group, including as Director and Board Member of VOLKSWAGEN IT Services IPL. Dr Kumar has extensive experience with FORTUNE 500 companies like BMW Group, General Motors, British Airways, etc. He is also a global keynote and TEDx speaker and winner of several “CIO Awards”.
